Meet Scott Bares, D.D.S. & Owner

Dr. Bares received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 2006. Dr. Bares is a native of Freeport, Illinois and a graduate of Freeport High School.

Dr. Bares specializes in all aspects of General Dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Bares is certified in advanced CAD/CAM technology that enables patients to enjoy chairside restorations for all-ceramic crowns in a single visit. He also is trained in Invisalign® procedures as an option for straightening teeth.

Meet Hamed Mirzamani, D.M.D.

Dr. Hamed Mirzamani, a Chicago native, earned his B.S. in Biological Sciences with High Honors from the
University of Illinois at Chicago. Shortly after obtaining an associate in Business Management and later
earning his D.M.D. with Honors from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL.

Dr. Mirzamani’s extensive training in restorative and surgical dentistry has granted him the ability to
treat patients completely and comprehensively. He is a strong advocate for conservative treatments and
practices based on science and evidence based dentistry.

When away from the office he enjoys hiking, reading, and playing the piano. He is fluent in Farsi and has
a lifelong passion for exploring new cities.
